Shipping Policy | SOLÁ


  • We process orders within 3 days of receipt and ship from our warehouse through our partner couriers. Orders are typically delivered based on the courier's service timeline and the customer's location.
  • We offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines. Shipping fees for standard orders generally start at ₱95 and may vary depending on the delivery area.
  • Orders above ₱2,500 qualify for free shipping.

Same-Day Courier Pick-Up (Metro Manila Only)

  • This service is available exclusively for Metro Manila orders and is fulfilled from our Makati Head Office.
  • Pick-up schedule is Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM, excluding 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (lunch break).
  • A ₱300 rush/convenience fee will be charged for priority processing.
  • Customers are responsible for booking and shouldering the delivery fee through their preferred third-party courier (e.g., Grab, Lalamove).
  • Stock availability for same-day orders is subject to a separate inventory check and may differ from the inventory displayed on the website.
